In my experience taking the time to give to yourself to explore your stories and inner world is so helpful. Having the courage to look at our feelings and make sense of them is empowering.
I have over 20 years’ experience working as a counsellor which includes offering counselling and therapy in primary care, higher education and an agency.
I spent seven years counselling in a hospice and have a particular interest in supporting those going through loss and bereavement, including all the losses and changes we experience as we journey through life.
I am an accredited Counsellor offering counselling using a range of skills. I also teach the Enneagram, a unique personality analysis tool which provides a sound basis for personal growth for those who request it.
Counselling and Enneagram work can be combined or used separately. See my Enneagram page for more information about this valuable approach which I use and teach others to use.
