COUNSELLING
I would be happy to offer you an initial exploratory session which gives us a chance to meet each other, an opportunity to talk through what is going on in life for you and, importantly, time to explore your hopes and expectations around counselling. It creates a space for us to explore how we might work together an opportunity for you to discuss any concerns you may have and for me to explain what I can offer, so that you can decide whether you think this is the right step for you.
Initial sessions last up to 50 minutes. The fee for this exploratory session is £30.
After the initial session, if we decide to work together, we will then embark on regular counselling sessions. These tend to be on a weekly basis, usually at the same time each week, and will last for 50 minutes.
Counselling session fees are £70 per 50 minute session.
Concessions are possible for those on low incomes, keyworkers and students.
